The Roto Inline system features a multipoint locking mechanism integrated into a fully concealed hardware design. Its modular construction allows components to be easily mounted and combined to achieve specific requirements for security, comfort, and design.

• Sash weights up to 200 kg

Bogies & Sliding Performance

Roto Inline uses heavy-duty bogies engineered for smooth, uniform, and quiet sliding. Depending on sash size and weight, single or height-adjustable tandem bogies are used, fitted with sliding or ball bearings.

Bogie options:

• Up to 50 kg: Single bogie with sliding or ball bearings

• Up to 80 kg: Sliding bearing PVC rollers

• Up to 100 kg: Slimline bogie for low-groove profiles

• Up to 120 kg: Ball bearing rollers

• Up to 200 kg: Tandem bogie with ball bearing PVC rollers

All bogies are Euro-groove compatible and designed for long-term durability.

Locking & Security

Roto Inline is equipped with a multipoint locking system featuring same-direction or reverse-action operation. Locking elements are precisely coordinated to ensure smooth movement, secure engagement, and reliable performance.

Security features include:

• Mushroom cams, hooks, or claws

• Optional lockable espagnolette versions

• Anti-jemmy protection as standard

• Corrosion-resistant surfaces using Roto Sil Nano technology

Handles & Design Options

The Roto Inline system offers a wide selection of Roto Line sliding and pop-up handles, combining functionality with modern design. Handles are robust, easy to install, and available in lockable versions for terrace doors.

Design options include:

• Multiple interior and exterior handle combinations

• Pop-up handles for overlapping sliding sashes

• Wide range of colours and surface finishes

• Suitable for sash profile depths from 38 to 77 mm
